Working across varying tech startups in conjunction with, and underneath Founders and Co-Founders, Matt Smith is an expert at identifying company goals and objectives, based on where they're at today and where they're heading for the future. Matt runs Jadeite Management Partners as a way to pursue his passion in helping entrepreneurs expand on their vision while getting them ready for the growth that comes with each fundraise. Matt earned his MBA from Boise State, graduating top of his class and setting a BSU record for the highest score achieved on the Peregrine Test.
